Confidential CC is a confidential communications startup based in the New York City with satellite offices and team members’ worldwide. We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who specializes in robust and modern user experience (UX). You will work with team members to improve the design and user experience of the Confidential CC mobile and desktop applications, webmail portal, and marketing website.
Responsibilities:
Create and actively maintain the UX strategy, vision, design guidelines, and best practices through proper documentation and supporting illustrations, including storyboards and context scenarios; actively apply to develop high-quality user flows and end-to-end experiences
Define, design and implement features that would improve the overall user experience.
Brainstorm and align with technical teams responsible for building the online and mobile experiences.
Create briefs, user scenarios and storyboards, text strings, flow charts, annotated wireframes and any other documentation that defines the user experience. Responsible for the current and next generation design of the Confidential CC mobile and desktop application.
Create clean, comprehensive deliverables and work with Project Manager and technical team to ensure deadlines are met.
Development Support: Upon completion of the design, work with the technical team to implement the recommended changes. Work with engineers (review software builds, identify and solve issues, and manage relevant updates to specifications) as needed.
Launch and support usability testing and analytics; using analytics to make updates and improve user experience.
