Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you act as the main point of contact for our existing customers. You run meetings, create revenue forecasts, and secure orders. With your ERP expertise and your meticulous approach, you maintain full visibility of all orders and prepare competitive quotes.

Your ability to drive upselling and cross-selling, paired with at least two years of experience in customer success or a related field, makes you an essential member of our team. We also value strong ownership, a strong focus on targets, and a solid growth mindset.

Your Responsibilities
• You are our customer champion: You stay in regular contact with your customers, conduct meetings, and serve as their primary point of contact.
• You are our revenue strategist: You prepare monthly revenue forecasts for existing customers, proactively secure orders, and calculate margins to create competitive quotes. Order frequency varies by customer from monthly to yearly.
• You are our order management expert: You confidently use ERP systems to create quotes and orders while keeping track of the full process from purchase to delivery.
• You ensure quality: You handle escalations, especially related to delayed deliveries, resolve complaints with a solution-oriented mindset, and anticipate potential issues before they arise.
• You drive growth: You identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, collaborate closely with internal teams, and turn customer feedback into actionable ideas that boost satisfaction and revenue.

Your Experience and Personality
• You are a customer success strategist: You bring at least two years of experience in customer success or a related field. You can close deals while also nurturing long-term relationships and easily switch between farmer and hunter roles.
• You are a revenue driver: You naturally spot and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities, think entrepreneurially, and understand the impact of customer decisions.
• You are a communication expert: You communicate clearly and effectively across teams, show empathy, and understand people well. You speak native-level German and C1-level English.
• You are highly organized: You stay calm and structured even under pressure and know how to prioritize effectively.
• You are a team player: You enjoy working with others, spend several days a week in the office, and bring a pragmatic, hands-on mindset that strengthens our culture.
