The company is now interviewing Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners who want to help expand access to behavioral health care nationwide.

Your Qualifications:
• ANCC Board Certification as a PMHNP
• At least 2 years of post-graduate PMHNP experience, ideally in telehealth; prior psychiatric or behavioral health RN experience is a plus
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active, unrestricted license and DEA number; licensure support is available

You should also have:
• Experience performing comprehensive mental health assessments, creating treatment plans, managing medications, and providing psychoeducation or supportive therapy
• Strong EMR proficiency and dedication to maintaining accurate patient records
• Commitment to high-quality virtual psychiatric care and evidence-based practice
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication abilities
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development
• A collaborative, proactive work style and strong work ethic
• Dedication to delivering high-quality, cost-effective behavioral health care

Compensation: $180,000–$215,000 per year
Full-time PMHNP compensation includes a base salary plus monthly productivity incentives, with guaranteed incentives during onboarding.
