We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join us as a Head of Brokerage (medior level). If you’re passionate about forex, financial markets, and ready to advance your brokerage career, this role could be perfect for you.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Managing and maintaining trading infrastructure.
• Supporting market trend analysis and competitive research.
• Assessing risks.
• Preparing reports for senior management and other relevant departments.
• Assisting other departments with brokerage‑related requests.
• Communicating with CySEC, auditors, and other authorities requiring information or cooperation.
• Managing relationships with service providers supporting brokerage operations.
• Continuously enhancing the brokerage department’s service quality, especially in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
• Actively participating in training to grow your brokerage knowledge and skills.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms (brokerage experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with data.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Drive and willingness to grow within the brokerage field.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• CySEC Advanced Certificate (can be obtained later; we will cover exam preparation and certification costs).
