Have you ever had your heater break down and couldn’t get an HVAC company to pick up the phone? Has your toilet overflowed and you couldn’t find a plumber available for weeks? Ever wished someone was there to help and reassure you that everything would be fine? That’s where we come in!
Service Center Pro began as an idea five years ago, and we’ve watched it grow naturally and quickly ever since. It’s an incredible feeling to see our clients’ small businesses expand and to know we play a major role in their success. Having a supportive, enjoyable team culture is extremely important to us, especially since we all work remotely. Our goal is to create a win‑win‑win environment where our business grows alongside our clients’ businesses, and our agents grow right along with them. This position is fully remote, including all training. If we think you’re a good match, we’ll invite you to shadow one of our agents for 30 minutes to get a real look at what we do and make sure it’s the right fit for you.
In short, our job is to serve as the front desk representatives for our clients. We answer their calls, follow scripts to provide information, and schedule appointments for people seeking services. We’re the superheroes of the home and personal service industries! Here’s a quote from one of our employees:
“SCP is special because, unlike some jobs that claim to have a family environment, SCP truly means it. I’ve never laughed harder than I have with my coworkers here. The supervisors also provide incredible support. If something goes wrong, I know my supers and coworkers have my back. SCP is a very special company — we’re a team.”
