How you’ll make an impact:

    • Own and manage bi-weekly U. S. payroll processing end-to-end.
    • Support international payroll, including reviewing outputs and approving/releasing international bank files.
    • Review and reconcile payroll reports prior to final submission. Manage payroll close activities and reporting each pay period.
    • Lead payroll audits and provide documentation for internal and external requests.
    • Oversee year-end payroll reconciliation prior to outsourced W-2 processing.
    • Process equity vesting files, garnishments, off-cycle payments, and employee changes.
    • Partner with Accounting to support payroll reconciliations and reporting (no GL posting).
    • Maintain strong internal controls and confidentiality standards.
    • Serve as backup support for Canada payroll as needed.
    • Lead and develop a Payroll Analyst.
We could be a Match if you have:

    • 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state U. S. payroll.
    • Experience supporting international payroll operations.
    • Strong reconciliation and audit experience.
    • Hands-on Workday Payroll experience (input, run, settle, off-cycle).
    • Experience processing equity and garnishments.
    • Strong Excel skills for reporting and tax support.
    • Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR and Accounting.
    • High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications

    • CPP or FPC certification.
    • Experience supporting Canada or International payroll.
    • Experience in a multi-entity or publicly traded organization.
