who are you?

you work well with people. you know its better to manage a large domestic dev force than to do it yourself. and you want to outsource dev work all across the globe. you don’t look down on outsourcing. you’re mindful of business efficiencies even if it is not your strong suit. and more importantly you believe in distributed workflows. also you know its a lot of hard work to create big companies that change the world. and that means a ton of code creation that you cannot do by yourself. although you push yourself to your limits because only then will you learn who you are. only then can you change the world- when you change yourself. you wish to reproduce yourself. you envision an army of brilliance that relies on a global supply chain of intellectual property. and you embrace leadership and all the qualities that that entails. all the trials and tribulations that pave its way. you’re an evangelist for your company and its mission. and you are creating and maintaining its core- its heart. you have a lot of answers, but your most important one is that in the long run- "you don’t know.’ and so you push and you strive for understanding. you search out help. you take initiative and you ask a ton of questions. and by pushing yourself to always be learning- you better understand yourself and you keep recreating yourself and your company’s core technology to make it better, faster, stabler.
