Core:
- 5+ years of professional experience in generating leads via digital channels for a fast paced software company
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing tools such as marketing automation,
- A bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent
- CRM, Web Analytics, Sales Acceleration Tools, SEO/SEM, Adwords, Display Advertising, Ad Retargeting
- Multi-tasking, project management, vendor relationship management experience
- Startup experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities:
- Requirement to “bring” not “learn” B2B lead gen playbook & implement
- Heavy focus on creating digital campaigns (inbound and outbound) leveraging existing content and creating new content (ad copy). Campaign calendar creation and execution to align with events, ongoing lead nurturing, industry papers, product releases.
- Ownership of website, SEO, landing pages, online ads, content (webinars, case studies, etc) distribution and promotions, retargeting, email mailing, lead scoring and nurturing processes, CRM, analytics applications including Google, and other lead gen tool adoption.
- Social savvy ad participation – Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook
- Develop, maintain lead funnel for appropriate customer segments, geographies, and product lines based on business objectives.
- Responsible for lead gen marketing budget + reporting on ROI, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Qualified Marketing Leads, Qualified Sales Leads, and Revenue.
- Work closely with inside sales to on lead gen “hacks” including leveraging tech like SellHack, Datanyze, & Instagram to pre-score and qualify targets.
- Support offline marketing programs digitally (Events, Analyst Papers)
- Work closely w/ sales team to determine average sales cycle, contact names
