You’ll be a match if You know Ruby on Rails in and out You’ve got so much HTML and CSS experience, your brain acts as a browser interpreter You write your grocery list in SQL You like to work with detail oriented designers closely and know how to optimize their assets for all environments You enjoy working on desktop experiences as much as the challenges of mobile experiences You have direct experience with commerce platforms (i.e. Stripe, Prestashop, Symphony, etc) You understand a multitude of web technologies and know how to chose the right tool for the job You architect for scale You know that efficient monitoring of analytics is paramount You keep security at the forefront of all design decisions You know the entire stack and aren’t afraid to use it You’ve successfully deployed solutions and seen them through the entire lifecycle You like working in a small development team

Bonus points if You have experience with Heroku You have design and asset creation experience
