Beyond Pricing helps people make more revenue from their Airbnbs and vacation rentals. We are a small–yet growing–team, passionate about travel and building better technology for the sharing economy. We power the pricing for thousands of people across the globe. If you search for a place on Airbnb in any major market, a Beyond Pricing customer is likely in the first page of results.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a designer who appreciates data and the complex user interaction challenges that come with it. If you’re experienced with any of the following, we want to talk to you:

  • Data visualization frameworks
  • Data dashboards
  • Workflow and reporting tools

If you enjoy taking information-heavy applications and designing them to be light on interaction complexity, you’re the design lead we’re looking for!

You should have 2+ years’ experience designing and prototyping for web-based applications. (HTML/CSS experience desirable, but not required.)

What you’ll be doing:

Your day-to-day will be focused on identifying customer needs and designing the graphical user interface that meets those needs, including:

  • Identifying user and task flows, and creating mocks for them.
  • Guiding creative, branding and visual design work
  • Conducting user interviews/research to identify UX pain points and their solutions.

How to Apply:

Drop us a note and a link to your portfolio. Your note can be short: just tell us about your proudest piece of work.
