The Supplier Risk Analyst plays a crucial role in third‑party risk management, ensuring vendors are properly vetted, monitored, and managed throughout their lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct due diligence on prospective vendors, reviewing capabilities, compliance, and overall suitability.
• Perform risk assessments to classify vendors by factors like data security, business criticality, reputational risk, and annual spend.
• Track vendor performance and manage contract renewals or terminations.
• Work with teams across the company to maintain compliance with vendor management standards.
• Support vendor onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Identify and escalate potential vendor risks.
• Continuously monitor vendor risk using financial, cybersecurity, and compliance tools.
• Investigate vendor‑related incidents and assess their impact.
• Develop and execute corrective action plans with vendors and internal compliance and audit teams.

Daily Responsibilities
• Monitor requests from business stakeholders via email or Slack.
• Track request progress through the relevant market dashboard.
• Follow requirements for the Philippines, Mexico, Kenya, India, the US, and emerging markets, adapting to changes based on engagement type.
• Confirm that requests follow the correct workflow and have complete, accurate approvals.

Compliance Checks
• Score vendors based on submitted information.
• Assign tier levels based on risk scores, following global vendor management policy.
• Run OFAC and ComplyAdvantage checks, including key vendor personnel with 10%+ ownership.
• Escalate positive matches to the Supplier Risk Manager and requester and complete a Risk Acceptance Form if required.
• Review operational and InfoSec questionnaires, discuss InfoSec responses with reviewers, and follow up as needed.

Renewals
• Review contract details and set renewal timelines.

Administrative Work
• Manage user access and roles according to responsibilities.
• Review and update Out‑of‑Office assignments.
• Work with the vendor management support team to resolve issues.
• Update vendor management workflows when needed.
• Adjust access roles as required.
• Perform quarterly or annual updates to market‑specific templates, such as accounting and legal documents (e.g., MNDA, DPA).
• Help maintain current knowledge of best practices and regulatory requirements in vendor risk management.

Vendor/Partner Requests
• Assist in completing due diligence documentation requested by vendors or partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary vendor information.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Two to five years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or similar areas.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
