At CI&T, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will work on innovative projects in a collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the architecture and development of scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL/NoSQL databases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet client needs, using data to support informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical approaches.
• Design and build RESTful APIs to enhance system capabilities.
• Improve and maintain application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning.
• Use SQL and NoSQL databases to efficiently manage and analyze data.
• Apply Python for data science tasks to generate insights and support decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of Python for data science.
• English level B2+.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with tools such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Spark, Numpy, and Pandas.
• Background in e-commerce.
