Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer experienced in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing and developing innovative solutions using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Responsibilities:
• Develop custom Power Apps solutions: Create and implement tailored applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Model-driven / Dynamics 365 CRM) to address business requirements.
• Power Platform integration: Work with Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI, and Dataverse to connect applications with data sources and automate processes.
• Application support: Provide continuous maintenance, enhancements, and support for existing Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
• Testing and troubleshooting: Conduct unit testing, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards for all Power Apps applications and SharePoint sites.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, including system designs, integration specifications, user guides, and best practices.
• Training and adoption: Train business users and offer technical assistance to promote adoption and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about Microsoft product updates and share insights with the team.
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps Model Driven, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience with Power BI and Power Query involving multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL, along with relational databases.
• Experience integrating Power Apps with external data sources (SharePoint, SQL, etc.).
• Background in business process automation and using custom API connectors.
• Language requirement: Fluent English (C1–B2).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing.
• Experience with Azure services.
• Experience with AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Compensation:
Total Salary Package: 7 LPA
• 5.5 LPA fixed – guaranteed base salary.
• 1.5 LPA performance bonus – based on task completion and delivery quality.
• The performance bonus is calculated and paid monthly, offering regular recognition for strong performance. Consistent, high-quality delivery typically results in receiving the full 1.5 LPA bonus annually.
