Account Manager – New York, NY/San Fransisco, CA/Ottawa, ON/Miami, FL/Atlanta, GA
We are seeking a high-quality, qualified individual to join our Account Management team to help develop and service our network of restaurants. If you have a passion for solving problems, helping customers, plus a knack for sales, then this position is for you. An outstanding attitude and great communication skills are a must. - Service existing accounts.
- Develop and strengthen Favy’s relationships with restaurant owners.
- Increase the value of Favy’s restaurant network.
- Introduce new Favy products and services to existing customers. Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work a full time schedule (40 hours per week) consisting of evenings and weekends. Restaurants do not operate on a 9-5 schedule, so neither do we.
- College degree.
- Native-level fluency in English is required. Candidates who are also fluent in Spanish or Mandarin will be strongly preferred.
- 2 years of Account Management or Sales experience preferred. Experience working with or selling to restaurant owners or other small business owners is a major plus. Restaurant experience is also a plus.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written. You must be comfortable on the phone.
- Ability to focus on detail while keeping an eye on the big picture.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
