UI/UX Designer

The Role:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences for dashboards and applications. This role emphasizes developing user-focused solutions that support complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, and responsive app experiences. The designer will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other Stakeholders, and will be part of the broader UI/UX Department, following shared design principles, systems, and standards.

Main responsibilities include:
• Designing end-to-end UI/UX solutions for dashboards and applications (web and responsive)
• Turning product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs
• Creating data-focused interfaces such as dashboards, performance screens, and management tools
• Ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency throughout complex user journeys
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers during the entire design process
• Maintaining and improving components within the company design system
• Refining designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability findings
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Main requirements:
• University degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Experience designing dashboards, applications, or data-heavy digital products
• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in fintech, trading, marketing platforms, or SaaS is an advantage
