Office Administrator / Receptionist
The Role:
We are looking for an Office Administrator who brings energy, initiative, and a positive attitude to our growing team in Nicosia. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, supporting both our employees and visitors, and contributing to a welcoming, efficient, and well-coordinated environment.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Greeting visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
    • Handle courier and mail services (incoming and outgoing)
    • Maintain and organize digital and physical files, documents, and office records
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
    • Coordinate facility maintenance and IT support requests
    • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reporting and calendar management
    • Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
    • Ensure the office space is clean, safe, and well-maintained
    • Liaise with building management, service providers, and vendors
    • Monitor office budgets and assist with invoicing or petty cash handling
Main requirements:

    • University degree in Office Administration or any other related field
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Responsible and professional in respect to appearance, behaviour and conduct
    • Organised, methodological with a high attention to detail
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all situations
