TroveScout is seeking a technical lead for a web and mobile platform that will help independent workers, entrepreneurs, creatives and freelancers find the most up-to-date resource directories and connections they need to thrive.

It’s a platform that a number of preliminary beta testers have said, "I would pay money for that." And with 53 million independent workers in the United States and growing, the company is poised to explode.

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who understands the complexities of developing elegant web platforms and relational databases. You will be leading the way, choosing your technology stack, defining how you want to build the platform and advising on the ideal team we need in place. Excellent collaboration skills are a must.

We are in our pre-seed money development phase and looking for someone to work initially for an equity share of the company. We need an initial commitment of at least 20 hours a week, which may lead to full time upon funding.

Diverse applicants highly encouraged to apply.

TroveScout is based at Impact Hub Oakland and is a member of the Uptima business accelerator.
