Insomnia Cookies is opening a new shop in Manhattan later this year and is currently looking for applicants to join our Cookie Crew at our new Penn Station location, Store C108.

As a Cookie Crew member, you serve as a true ambassador for the Insomnia Cookies brand. You greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to prepare our freshly baked, warm cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Assist with menu choices and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly service in store and over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Quickly and accurately assemble and package delivery orders
• Handle payments and operate the register
• Keep the store clean, sanitary, and organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Experience in customer service is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Hourly pay: $15.50 to $16.50
