Insomnia Cookies will be opening a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently hiring Cookie Crew team members for our upcoming Penn Station location (Store C108).

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be a true ambassador of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and have the opportunity to bake our fresh, delicious cookies by hand.

Primary responsibilities of the Cookie Crew:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Walk customers through the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Quickly and accurately prepare and package delivery orders
• Handle payments and operate the register system
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well‑organized

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
