Insomnia Cookies plans to open a new store in Manhattan later this year, and we are currently hiring and interviewing candidates to join our Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station location (Store C108).

As a Cookie Crew member, you’ll be a true ambassador of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every guest with a smile and get the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies fresh in-store.

Primary responsibilities of a Cookie Crew member:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Help guests navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and correctly
• Handle cash and various payment methods properly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized store

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Strong self‑motivation
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: $15.50 to $16.50 per hour
