As a member of the cookie team, you’ll serve as a true ambassador of the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and have the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies by hand.

Primary responsibilities of cookie team members:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Assist customers with the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner, in person or by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments properly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized store

Preferred qualifications and experience:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, honest, and outgoing personality
• Self‑motivated
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• At least 18 years old
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: 15.50 to 16.50 dollars per hour
