Insomnia Cookies is opening a new Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently hiring and interviewing “Cookie Crew” members for our upcoming store in Penn Station at C108.

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll represent the Insomnia Cookies brand. You’ll greet every customer with a smile and get the chance to bake our warm, delicious cookies yourself.

Key responsibilities of Cookie Crew members:
• Greet customers promptly and take orders
• Help customers navigate the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly, welcoming service in person or by phone
• Bake cookies and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized store

Preferred skills and experience:
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Friendly, honest, outgoing personality
• Strong self‑motivation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay range: 15.50 to 16.50 USD per hour
