Insomnia Cookies is launching a new Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station shop in suite C108.

As part of the Cookie Crew, you’ll embrace the Insomniac spirit. You’ll welcome customers with a smile and have the opportunity to bake our fresh, warm cookies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Quickly assist customers and enter their orders
• Guide customers through the menu and ensure orders are correct
• Provide friendly service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Assemble and package delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized store

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Warm, genuine, and outgoing personality
• Strong motivation and initiative
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Pay range: 15.50–16.50 USD per hour
