Insomnia Cookies is opening a new location in Manhattan later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates to join the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station store in Suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll greet customers with a smile as they walk in, and you’ll also get the chance to bake our delicious cookies, fresh and served warm.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers understand the menu and ensure order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and by phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and package delivery orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash and payments correctly
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well maintained

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivation and initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay range: 15.50–16.50 USD per hour
