As an HRIS Analyst you will evaluate, analyze, configure, design and maintain the technical and functional aspects of HR Systems and related business platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the HRIS (Workday) to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and compliance.
You will be a part of a small, global and high-impact team dedicated to delivering a stable, scalable and continuously improving HR technology environment. This role sits within the HR Operations team and collaborates closely with HR, Finance and IT teams to support system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making
Your Next Challenge:
- Manage day-to-day Workday operations across Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking and related integrations.
- Ensure HRIS stability by troubleshooting and maintaining data integrity through proactive audits and validations.
- Configure business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, alerts and implement functional updates.
- Assist with configuration updates, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and releases.
- Deliver meaningful ad hoc and standard reporting using various tools to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Finance and Technology, on initiatives impacting HR or downstream systems.
- Maintain and support inbound and outbound integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
- Partner with functional leads to automate HR processes and improve efficiency.
- Document configurations clearly and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and SOX requirements.
- Train HR users on system functionality and reporting tools.
- Provide technical support to HR and end-users, resolving issues promptly.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years HRIS experience, including Workday HCM configuration and administration.
- Ability to learn independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights and solutions.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information and uphold strong ethics and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience supporting global HRIS operations and troubleshooting data issues.
- Knowledge of HRIS integrations and data flow between systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Workday Benefits, Integrations and Security and API workflows
- Experience with ClickUp or similar work management tool
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy best practices
$75,000 – $100,000 a year
The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $75,000 to USD $100,000 per annum. Getty Images has different ranges in different locations within the US, and this range represents the starting base pay range. Actual compensation will depend on factors including but not limited to: qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, certification, business needs, performance, and level of responsibility along with the requirements of the position.
