Insomnia Cookies is excited to open a new Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently interviewing candidates for the Cookie Crew at our upcoming Penn Station store in Suite C108.

As a member of the Cookie Crew, you’ll be the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll greet customers at the front of the store with a friendly face and also get the chance to bake our amazing, freshly made warm cookies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help customers understand the menu and ensure orders are accurate
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and send out delivery orders quickly and correctly
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Keep the store clean, sanitized, and well maintained

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivation and drive
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay range: 15.50–16.50 USD per hour
