Insomnia Cookies is excited to open our newest Manhattan location later this year, and we’re currently interviewing Cookie Crew candidates for our upcoming Penn Station store at Suite C108.

As a Cookie Crew member, you’re the ultimate Insomniac. You’ll be the friendly face greeting customers at the front of the store, and you’ll also get to bake our amazing warm, delicious cookies.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COOKIE CREW MEMBER:
• Greet customers promptly and take their orders
• Help guests understand the menu and confirm order accuracy
• Provide warm, friendly service in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve ice cream
• Prepare and send out delivery orders quickly and correctly
• Handle cash and payments accurately
• Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well maintained

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, genuine, outgoing personality
• Motivated and ambitious
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $15.50–$16.50 per hour
