Spreetail is seeking a Finance Director to lead FP&A for our rapidly expanding Fulfillment Services business. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this highly visible role partners closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, streamline processes, and deliver impactful insights. We are looking for an experienced finance leader with deep FP&A knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-moving, startup-like environment. This is a player-coach position, combining team leadership with hands-on contribution.

How you will succeed:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support Fulfillment Services performance.
• Provide timely financial insights, reporting, and recommendations that guide decisions across the organization.
• Optimize and scale finance processes using systems, automation, and data.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer teams.
• Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Helpful experience:
• Over 10 years of progressive finance leadership, ideally in high-growth or ecommerce-focused companies.
• Extensive FP&A experience with strong proficiency in managing large data sets and financial systems (SQL, Excel, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
• Proven success driving cross-functional projects and scaling early-stage processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to support executive-level decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic and hands-on work.

$130,000 – $200,000 a year

Compensation varies based on geographic market and experience. The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $208,000 per year. Spreetail offers total compensation packages that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full suite of medical, financial, and other benefits.
