We’re seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the development of a cutting‑edge game. This position is perfect for a strategic, hands‑on production leader who excels at collaboration, creative problem‑solving, and guiding teams from concept through launch. As a key partner to the Game Director and studio leadership, the Executive Producer will define production strategy, ensure alignment across teams, and foster a sustainable, high‑quality development environment that delivers memorable player experiences.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from concept through launch and live support.
• Shape the production strategy in partnership with the Game Director, turning creative goals into actionable plans, milestones, and long‑term roadmaps.
• Build flexible, effective processes that evolve with the project while maintaining solid production fundamentals.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts with studio leadership, ensuring resources match priorities.
• Lead and mentor the production team by setting clear expectations and supporting their growth.
• Develop strong cross‑disciplinary and external partnerships with well‑defined roles and responsibilities.
• Communicate transparently with the team and studio leaders about progress, risks, and solutions.
• Demonstrate calm, decisive leadership that upholds both quality results and a healthy development culture.
• Promote practical production best practices grounded in real team needs.
• Work with discipline leads to identify risks, find solutions, prioritize trade‑offs, and manage scope.
• Use playtests, data, and player insights to guide planning, iteration, and long‑term goals.
• Collaborate with Directors and the Executive Producer to improve workflows, streamline communication, and support long‑term planning.

Requirements
• 12+ years of game production experience with a proven record of shipping high‑quality titles.
• 5+ years managing and mentoring direct reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of aligning diverse groups around shared goals.
• Experience with co‑development and outsourcing.
• Ability to think strategically while also diving into details when needed.
• Expertise in Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies, with sound judgment on when to use each.
• Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and similar platforms.
• Experience managing and developing other producers.
• Passion for games, curiosity about emerging trends, and dedication to creating outstanding experiences.

The annual salary range for this position in Los Angeles is $220,000–$250,000. Actual compensation may vary based on location, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonuses, benefits, or other forms of compensation.
