Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of UI components using Reactjs and related libraries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into fully functional, user‑friendly applications.
• Drive front‑end architecture decisions to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate UI components with backend services built on . NET / C#. Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and supporting backend features when needed.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.
• Implement efficient data access patterns using SQL Server and NoSQL databases (DocumentDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Write clean, testable, and reusable code following industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• 13+ years of professional software development experience.
• Around 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Reactjs, including hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.), and performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid experience with . NET / C#, including building APIs or backend services.
• Expertise with AWS or Azure cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, App Services, S3, CloudFront, Azure Functions, etc.). Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DocumentDB or Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, modern DevOps practices, and Git‑based workflows.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Preffered

• Experience with server‑side rendering (Next.js) or micro‑frontend architectures.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with performance profiling, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
