Mission
Join us as a Strategic Projects Intern and help feed Qonto and our leaders with market insights, identify new opportunities, and run analyses / assessments to drive decision-making. You will work directly with our Strategic Project Manager and our Strategy Director to analyze what is happening in the market, build strategic convictions on our most attractive opportunities and contribute to our product and growth direction.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Corporate Development Intern at Qonto, you will
Feed Business Decisions with Insight: Identify, monitor and analyze key trends from competitors and the market to empower leadership with the right data and insights for decision-making.
Drive Strategic Thinking & Planning: Build concrete and deep analyses to support product and growth decisions – for instance, benchmarking existing market features and competitor positioning to inform and challenge our offering.
Conduct M&A Research: Perform research to identify and assess potential M&A opportunities that support our external growth strategy.
Present & Report: Contribute to the creation of high-quality strategic presentations for the Co-Founders and top management.

🤝 About your future manager
Your manager will be Emily Norcliffe, our Strategic Project Manager. After 5 years in strategy consulting in London, Emily relocated to Paris to join Qonto. She brings deep expertise in tackling complex strategic challenges. Emily is a hands-on manager who prioritizes development and impact. She fosters a supportive environment with regular feedback loops, ensuring you have the guidance to succeed while trusting you with real responsibility.
🏅 About You
Experience: Strong academic background with at least two solid internships
Education: You are a Master’s student from a top Engineering or Business School.
Skills: You possess excellent analytical and synthesis skills, able to digest complex information quickly.
Languages: You are fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Mindset: You are proactive, structured, and eager to learn how to conduct projects in a changing environment.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
