We’re looking for a senior, hands-on sales leader to optimize and scale our New Business function. This role is for someone who has seen a SaaS sales motion work, understands what good looks like, and can raise the bar through better execution, coaching, and process discipline.
You’ll lead a team of 3–5 Account Executives, stay close to deals as a player–coach, and help evolve our inbound-led motion while gradually increasing the impact of outbound. The long-term focus of this role is the US market.
Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coach a New Business AE team (3–5 people), with a strong focus on performance, consistency, and deal quality.
    • Drive new logo revenue growth by optimizing existing inbound and outbound sales motions.
    • Act as a player–coach, remaining actively involved in key deals and deal strategy.
    • Continuously review, refine, and scale New Business processes (qualification, discovery, forecasting, handover to AM/CS).
    • Own pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates, using Salesforce as the single source of truth.
    • Partner closely with Marketing to improve inbound lead quality and conversion.
    • Work with Sales Leadership to systematize outbound efforts and improve targeting and messaging.
    • Raise the overall sales bar through coaching, feedback, and best-practice sharing.
    • Contribute to shaping our US go-to-market execution as the business scales

    • Predictable and growing new logo revenue.
    • Improved inbound conversion and win rates.
    • Healthy pipeline coverage and accurate forecasts.
    • Higher and more consistent performance across the AE team.
    • Increasing effectiveness of outbound-sourced opportunities.
    • Strong collaboration with Marketing, AM, and CS teams
Requirements and Skills

    • Senior experience in SaaS New Business sales, ideally in a scaling organization.
    • Proven track record of optimizing and scaling a sales motion rather than building one from zero.
    • Experience leading, coaching, or managing Account Executives.
    • Strong commercial judgment and comfort being hands-on in deals.
    • Deep understanding of SaaS sales mechanics and metrics.
    • Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce.
    • Strong people skills and a coaching-oriented leadership style.
    • Confident, structured communicator with solid negotiation skills.
    • Willingness to travel up to ~20%, primarily for strategic deals, conferences and team development.
