YOU ARE

Very comfortable in a native design environment (Photoshop, Sketch, etc) A highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude Excellent communicator — people like you, and you make things happen

YOU HAVE

Experience designing complex web and/or mobile applications Comfort engaging with end-users, conducting user research and intelligently integrating findings into your work The ability to dive right into a big project and manage it from start to finish Ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment
