We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients – referrals from the high-end American IT market.
Our tech stack is built around React, Nodejs and TypeScript. We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions.

Salary: PLN 6.000 – 10.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 6.000 – 8.300 brutto (UZL)

Your future tasks and duties:

    • Writing personal-best possible JS/TS code with OOP flavour
    • Technical involvement in the product – finding ways to improve it
    • Writing documentation for delivered code
    • Peer code review
    • Reuse and improve the company knowledge base
    • Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)
    • Learning, learning and learning 😉
About you – Tech skills & Experience:

    • At least 6-12 months of commercial experience with Nodejs
    • Understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), use Classes, and follow recent additions/functionalities
    • Basic experience with at least one Nodejs backend framework (e.g. Express.js, NestJS, Fastify, etc) – know basic APIs/features, worked on at least 1 project involving such technologies, would be great to have commercial experience in it
    • Know what OOP is, understand basic good practices and data structures, want to have a SOLID and DRY code with the use of design patterns
    • Have worked with SQL database (integration wise) with ORM or query builder tool (ie. Prisma, Knex)
    • Know how to use AI, but understands the consequences of its use and can independently write code without its support

    • English level B2/C1 to cooperate with American clients
    • Polish level C1 to communicate easily within the team
    • Knowledge-hungry, positive attitude
    • Effective communication – crucial for seeking feedback and understanding others’ perspectives
    • Open-minded to new ideas, perspectives, and feedback from experienced colleagues
    • Being open to change and adapting to different situations
    • Being aware of your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvements

Nice to have:

    • Open-source contributions
    • Experience in TypeScript and various BE frameworks
    • Understand what Agile/Scrum is and want to work as a team towards one goal
    • Understand the significance of MVP and aim to deliver top-notch results, even amid tight project timelines
    • Know what AWS is and gets why is it used
    • Serverless experience
    • Know how to run Docker images and how to use them
6,000 zł – 10,000 zł a month
