About this role:
Sensor Tower is hiring a Senior UX Designer to work on Pathmatics & App Advertising Insights, products used to analyze digital advertising spend, creatives, channels, and competitive strategies. While the title is UX Designer, this is a product-embedded role. We’re looking for designers who think like Product Designers: owning workflows end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and making thoughtful design tradeoffs in a complex, data-rich environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for users at different levels of expertise, making sense of messy data, and guiding people from first use to power use.
What You’ll Do

    • Own UX design for key areas of the Pathmatics and App Advertising Insights products.
    • Design and iterate on complex workflows involving spend data, creatives, channels, and competitive analysis.
    • Create clear, usable experiences across tables, charts, timelines, and creative libraries.
    • Partner closely with Product Managers to frame problems, refine requirements, and prioritize usability.
    • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and performant.
    • Apply and evolve Sensor Tower’s design system to support consistency across analytics products.
    • Balance analytical depth, usability, and technical constraints in design decisions.
    • Participate in design reviews and help raise UX quality across the platform.
What We’re Looking For

    • 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
    • Strong UX, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, analytics, or ad-tech products.
    • Comfort owning work independently and operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
    • Proficiency in Figma.
    • Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
    • Applicants must have a current portfolio showcasing relevant product or UX work. For candidates with confidentiality constraints, we’re open to reviewing redacted case studies or discussing relevant work examples during the interview process.
Nice To Have

    • Axure experience (definite plus).
    • Experience with advertising, marketing analytics, or competitive intelligence tools.
    • Familiarity with large data sets, filtering systems, and exploratory analysis workflows.
    • Understanding of usability testing and accessibility best practices.
Why This Role

    • Senior-level ownership without people-management expectations.
    • Deep collaboration with Product and Engineering partners.
    • Direct impact on products used by advertisers, agencies, and brands.
    • Opportunity to shape complex analytics tools used to make high-stakes decisions.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
