We’re building our Sales team and this first hire is critical. This is a role with unlimited opportunity to grow and advance. You’ll be prospecting as well as selling ComOn Labs products to business clients. You need to be hungry and persistent. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. And because you’ll be feeding information back to the product team, so you need to be a true listener and a great communicator.
Other responsibilities:
- Plan and execute selling strategies in order to grow ComOn Labs’s revenue and customer base
- relationship building;
- researching the market and related products;
- presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
- source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
- cold calling, research accounts and identify key players to generate interest
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Requirements
- We value previous sales experience identifying prospects, cold-calling, setting up meetings, and pitching products.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
