InsideLook is a marketplace for employer reviews where active and passive job seekers can buy in-depth employer reviews written by current or former employees of the company for a price set by reviewer. Job seekers will get detailed information about supervisors, HR policies, salary & benefits. They will also get information about annual reviews and average salary hikes, layoff etc

The Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the following:

• Manage the visual design and appearance of our website
• Develop content for our website
• Create digital and print adverts to promote online and on outdoor displays
• Create website banners
• Create clean, effective design solutions for simple or complex user task
• Adapt existing designs to work in various different formats
• Develop infographics and PowerPoint visuals

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design or pursing a degree in a related field

• Basic Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a must. AfterEffects and Flash is a plus.

• Must be able to build presentations in Powerpoint

• Must be able to code in HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, jQuery

• Ability to design responsively

• Strong communication skills

• Extreme attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Passion for innovating and creating, and eagerness to learn/grow

• Be a great team player that will continue to inspire and push creative boundaries
