This would be a new new new position at GeT, currently we outsource all of our programming needs to contractors in Canada and the UK. It would be joyful to move much of that work and expertise in house. This position requires that you speak native English as well as Tech-Speak and be able to translate wants and needs into a positive user experience and then program this flawlessly. We are NOT looking for a project manager, we are looking for a programmer who has the skills to grow with us and help grow this sliver first by taking projects back in-house and doing them yourself, helping become a profit center (that is actually pretty easy) by working with sales on things they can sell (for a price) and then delivering on those, and as we grow the workload and profitability having you help us grow the team into a programming machine. Currently we have products in PHP and C#, so you must be able to understand both artfully as well as the hardware that we use and need. Once projects come inside, programming languages and technology would be yours to optimize. You MUST be a master at documentation and being able to pass information about your work both effortlessly through the company and off to contractors (where we might still need them) and to new team members as we bring them on.
