Organization: Alignerr Position: JavaScript Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60–$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

– Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for DOM manipulation efficiency and ES6+ standards.

– Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test the model’s ability to create responsive and interactive elements.

– Create human-readable documentation explaining the flow of state and event handling in scripts.

– Identify bugs or anti-patterns in AI-generated frontend logic and provide optimized alternatives.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.

– Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts (async/await, closures, DOM manipulation).

– 3-5 years of experience with modern frameworks like React, Nodejs, or Vue.

Preferred:

– Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
