UX Architects are the synthesis of design & development. They take and contribute to WEPUL’s most innovative concepts and bring them to life. In doing so, they push the boundaries of user interface design and our own imagination.

Following industry standards, best practice, personal research and your own personal insights, help define, implement and follow the strategy for WEPUL’s User Experience.

You will understand and where necessary, help define both business and user goals and use this knowledge to tailor solutions.

You will use a range of inputs, including insight and analysis, personas, customer feedback and business requirements to design and develop informed, logical and delightful user journey and user interface solutions.

You will work with your team of User Experience Architects to help them de-risk the implementation of solutions (both your own and others within your team) by reasoning by first principles and validating assumptions in the cheapest valid method possible. You’ll understand and be able to juggle project scope to fit within given resources and deadlines, understanding where to push back on scope and when to de-scope existing solutions.

You will communicate these solutions to those inside and outside the team using a range of methods as appropriate for the audience. You will be the voice of the user and represent the importance of user-centred, data validated, brand lead design across the business.
