About you
You have experience in consumer brand marketing managing integrated campaigns as it relates to identifying powerful consumer and business insights, writing inspiring briefs, leading creative development, and analyzing results to gather learnings for future optimization. You are a highly effective communicator with a strategic and creative point of view; you are able to influence others and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to gather alignment towards a goal and secure delivering results. You are a passionate marketer, with a sharp intuition and keen eye for effective advertising, and one who always thinks about the customer first. You’re a self-starter, who is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working in consumer marketing, primarily leading integrated marketing campaigns of different scales across a variety of channels. Experience with consumer tech brands preferred.
- Experience writing effective marketing briefs that translate into successful marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple disciplines in marketing, editorial, creatives, product, production, etc.
- Experience working with external media, creative and research agencies
- Strong business acumen; problem solver with project management skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with a hands-on environment that involves supporting the end to end campaign execution
- Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools (i.e. https://www.usertesting.com, Survey Monkey, and/or similar)
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English is a plus

- Become an expert in the brand, product, users, and key business metrics.
- Identify opportunities for brand building and business growth that can be capitalized through successful marketing campaigns.
- Develop inspiring marketing briefs that effectively outline: goals, KPIs, customer insight, messaging direction, and marketing tactics.
- Analyze, measure and share campaign results to inform optimization of future programs.
- Lead/manage consumer research through internal tools and agency partners.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trendsEducation & ExperienceBA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience.
