The Principal Designer is responsible for overseeing all current design aspects of the company. Pre-funding responsibilities include refining the MV/LP (minimal viable/lovable product) as we develop and test, and design for enterprise grade, predictive engagement and talent mobility analytics. The long term outlook for this position includes designing marketing material (hard and soft), product R&D, and managing product needs and feedback from our enterprise clients as well as individual users. • Collaborate UX and UI design team to establish a seamless flow with elite technology standards and encourage a constructive feedback environment. • Continuously refine mobile app designs for all mobile and desktop devices ensuring cohesive, seamless designs across various functionalities. • Drive branding assets across all mediums: conference/expo booth designs, print, web, mobile, workspace, email marketing, etc. • Collaborate with executive team through networking and skill validation; provide on- boarding for designers that includes training for theory, trends, branding, partnering, and quality control. • Contribute to final approval regarding designer employee placement, responsibilities, and development for all design standards. • Anticipate and discover design changes that will increase the effectiveness of our product and escalate customer delight in a competitive landscape.
