We are looking for a person to create beautiful work using their own creativity and vision as well as conceptualising design mockups from creative briefs, sketches, wireframes and producing high-quality design work across Match2Ones programmatic marketing platform and other touch points.

What You Will Be Doing
- Help develop the next generation programmatic marketing platform.
- Drive and participate in feature requirements, architecture, and design specification.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement product features in a fast-paced environment following agile development methodology.
- Work with the co-founders and management to understand user requirements and design elegant solutions to problems at hand.
- Participate in planning, estimating and scheduling activities.
We expect you to have extensive experience in building and designing outstanding products before (preferably large-scale, dynamically driven ones) and have advanced proficiencies across designer suites, talent for design, layout and an excellent attention to detail. We are only looking for candidates with Ruby On Rails experience.
(Fluency in English is ideal.)
What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Years of experience and a Bachelor degree or above and:
- 5+ years of Web application development
- 2+ years of developing applications with Ruby on Rails (Rails 3 or above)
- Responsible development practices: writing unit and functional test as part of development; writing maintainable, well-structured code.
- Skills and experience in; HTML 5, CSS3, SASS, Backbone. JS, JQuery, Bootstrap, SQL (MySQL)
- Test-Driven development skills
- Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Sketch
