My name is Brandi Bernoskie, and two years ago I quitmy job at a non-profit to be a website developer. I started my own business because I was tired of living my life in agreycube. I thought I’d code a few sites here and there, dreaming of a job that allowed me to shape my life, rather than job thatwasmy life. In those two years, I went from contractor to entrepreneur.

My business has grown substantially, triplingfrom the first year to the second and on track to more than double again this year. With that growth, new opportunities have arisen. Likecreating an awesome job for someone. And perhaps that someone is you.

The Basics of the Job:

• You’d be developing custom WordPress sites.I believe in coding custom sites from scratch and I hope you do too.

• You’d be communicating with me and my project manager regularly.One video chat early inthe week with me, plus some project updates by email or Evernote, as necessary.

+You can work from anywhere. No moving for a job involved. If you’re happy where you are, stay there. If you’re unhappy, movesomewhere new. This job will go with you. (If you want to spend a month working from Argentina, more power to you.)

+You decide what you want your hours to be.We’ll have a regular weekly call set up, but beyond that, if you’re a night owl and want to work when other people are sleeping, that’s cool. If you want to split your day, it’s your call.

+You get paid on a per project basis. You get a set fee for each project, so if you can get it done in 3 hours, awesome. The more efficient and faster you are, the more youfree time you get. (Within two years, however, this could be a full-time salaried job with benefitsfor the right person.)
