You’re someone who thrives on making things work smarter. As our People Operations & Workplace Lead, you’ll take ownership of the systems, processes, and spaces that keep our company running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless employee experience – from the moment someone joins us to the everyday environment they work in. In this hands-on, improvement-driven role, you’ll lead our People Operations Specialist and Admin Team (Office Admin Lead + 2 Office Administrators across 3 offices). You’ll look for ways to simplify and automate, make better use of our tools and data, and build smart, scalable processes that help us grow efficiently.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Lead and develop the People Operations and Office Administration teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high service quality
• Own and continuously improve all people-related operational processes: contracts, benefits, systems, and compliance
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (HiBob) and related systems
• Look for ways to do things smarter – whether it’s using AI tools, automation, or making better use of our existing HR systems
• Manage HR and workplace data, turning insights into actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities and build scalable People Operations processes that support the company’s continued growth
• Stay current with local and international employment legislation and ensure compliance in practice
• Collaborate with Legal and Payroll teams to make sure our people operations are compliant and efficient
• Coordinate with foreign payroll providers, legal partners, and public institutions as needed

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Proven experience in People Operations or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (preferably HiBob), processes and compliance
• Solid understanding of HR data analysis and reporting
• Passion for efficiency and innovation – you’re curious about tools, automation, and data-driven improvements
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian employment law and migration
• Experience with international labor legislation is a plus
• Proactive, organized and solutions-oriented – you spot problems early and find smarter ways to fix them
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

GROSS SALARY

• From 3500 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
