At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Commerce Cloud Architect to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transformative, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a SAP Commerce Cloud Architect, you will lead the technical design and implementation of e-commerce solutions for a global healthcare client. Your expertise will ensure the development of scalable and high-performance systems on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive innovative solutions that meet business needs and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, UX, Frontend, Backend, QA, and DevOps) to define end-to-end architecture and integration strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, promoting best practices in coding, performance, and scalability.
• Design and oversee integration with external systems (ERP, PIM, CRM, payment gateways, etc.).
• Participate in code and design reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with SAP Commerce Cloud roadmap, extensions, and related technologies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; propose and validate alternative approaches when needed.

Must-have Skills:

• Proven experience as SAP Commerce Cloud Architect or Senior Developer with strong architecture ownership.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, extensions, and customization.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud deployment environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make technical decisions and communicate them effectively.
• Experience working with distributed teams and complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced or fluent English.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with PIM or ERP integration (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of DevOps and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools for SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Prior experience in healthcare or regulated environments.
