As our first full-time hire, we’re looking for a passionate, full-stack web developer to lead engineering at Rebilder. This role requires technical chops as well as leadership. We’re a small, focused, and ambitious team, so you’ll be working on everything from creating smart & scalable infrastructure to beautiful UI.

Key aspects of the role:

• Make and implement key technology decisions to scale the product and grow the business.
• Manage and evolve our current stack.
• Work on all aspects of the system.
• Write and lead creation of our elegant, efficient, web application with attention to scalability, performance, security, and reusability.
• Build and lead a team of engineers. Encourage diversity of thought and impactful implementation.

• Substantial, real world engineering experience.
• A real sense of product ownership and personal investment in its success.

$60,000 — $70,000/year
