• build a team with complementary skills and vision
• have fun: you’re much more creative and energized when you work on what you like
• keep things simple: few hours/days of work (max) before releasing first version
• think big: only work on ideas which have potential for growth
• be data-driven: use analytics to measure what’s working/not working and improve from there
