Should have 5 years experience of product management and solution architecture in an Agile software development environment. (This may be relaxed in case the guy is from startup) Preferably with start up experience. Should have co-ordinated complex solution architecture decisions to ensure the successful delivery of a product roadmap. Hands on coding experience on web development technologies – client and server side. Should be able to quality review existing code Should have software product development background of an e-commerce site Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes & posses sound knowledge on IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics (UI/ UX) Commitment to quality ROI calculation skills
