Responsibilities:

Implement cutting edge near duplicate image detection algorithms into a production system Design database systems for efficient web scale queries using reverse image search Implement and optimize an open source Mobile Visual Search framework Develop an API to communicate with Mine’s client-side tools

Preferred qualifications:

MS or PhD in Computer Vision or equivalent knowledge Familiarity with reverse image search, near-dupe detection and mobile visual search techniques currently covered in the leading graduate courses at top computer science universities and companies Experience with maintaining open source projects with active community participation

Salary and compensation

$80,000 — $125,000/year
